Intersection of Oak St. & Hickory St. to Close to Thru Traffic May 22; Closure to Last 3 Months

The intersection of Oak Street and Hickory Street will be closed to thru traffic on May 22 as part of the Hickory Street Complete Streets Project

The full closure is expected to last 3 months.

Drivers will be able to access all businesses and parking lots on Hickory Street north and south of the Oak Street intersection.

  • Access to businesses on Hickory Street NORTH of the Oak Street closure will be available from NASA Boulevard only.
  • Access to businesses on Hickory Street SOUTH of the Oak Street closure will be available from Hibiscus Boulevard only.

All thru traffic will be detoured from NASA Boulevard, Apollo Boulevard and Hibiscus Boulevard and vice versa per the map below:
