Considers appeals in the enforcement of the Zoning Code and authorizes in specific cases a variance from the terms of the Zoning Code. Must be resident of Melbourne. Completion of Financial Disclosure Form is required following appointment (annual requirement).

 

Meetings

The board meets the last Monday of each month, 6:30 p.m., in the Council Chamber of City Hall.
