In compliance with F.S. § 189.015, this notice provides the City of Melbourne’s annual 2017 meeting schedule for the Melbourne Downtown Community Redevelopment Agency, Babcock Street Community Redevelopment Agency, and Olde Eau Gallie Riverfront Community Redevelopment Agency (Community Redevelopment Agencies).
The Melbourne City Council serves as the Community Redevelopment Agency for all three Community Redevelopment Agencies; therefore, the meeting schedule for the Community Redevelopment Agencies mirrors the City Council meeting schedule.
Business pertaining to the Community Redevelopment Agencies may not appear on every City Council agenda. Agenda and meeting materials for CRA items are provided next to the date of the meetings listed below when CRA items are discussed.
Meetings are generally held the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m., in the Council Chamber at Melbourne City Hall, 900 E. Strawbridge Avenue, Melbourne, FL 32901.

If necessary, special meetings of the Community Redevelopment Agencies may be scheduled. All meetings are open to the public and meeting agendas are available for public review and inspection in the Office of the City Clerk on the fifth floor of City Hall, during regular business hours and on the city’s website (www.melbourneflorida.org).
