Sexual Predators In Melbourne - Wanted Offenders - State Offender/Predator Listings

The Melbourne Police Department has created a Sex Offender Tracking Unit in response to Melbourne City Ordinance 2005-119, which includes requirements for registration of convicted sexual offenders and predators with the Melbourne Police Department. (This page was updated on May 17, 2010)

The ordinance, approved on December 13, 2005, is part of an effort to ensure that convicted sex offenders and predators are monitored closely, and that public information available about an individual offender will be available from the Sex Offender Tracking Officer.

The Sex Offender Tracking Officer Valerie Claycomb, will answer applicable questions about sex offenders registered as Melbourne residents and may be reached via phone at 409-2389 or by e-mail to vclaycomb@melbourneflorida.org.
