Road Closures:  The roads will be closed from 9:00 a.m. on Friday, November 17 until 10:00 p.m.  on Sunday, November 19.  Road closures include Highland Avenue, between Eau Gallie Boulevard to Creel Street,  the alleyway adjacent to the Eau Gallie Square, Bud Yeager Drive and St. Clair Street, between Highland Avenue and Guava Avenue
