Code Compliance is dedicated to the provision of high-quality services through innovative policies, procedures, and computer technology.

The Code Compliance Division is divided into the following sections:

  • Administrative Section
  • Building Section
  • Code Enforcement Section
  • Fire Prevention Section

The division maintains Flood Zone Maps, which are available for viewing in the Code Compliance Office on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Flood insurance information can be found on FloodSmart or FEMA's flood insurance webpage. You may download a copy of the City's Floodplain Management Plan Progress Report. The office also maintains Elevation Certificates and Letters of Map Revision.
