The Code Enforcement Board promotes, protects and improves the health, safety and welfare of the citizens and enhances property values by enforcing City codes; applies appropriate remedies; and promotes compliance. Activities include the imposition of fines and other non-criminal penalties where a pending or repeated violation continues to exist.
