Complete the online Application for Water Service form and submit after attaching your required documents. You will receive a response within two working days.

Paper applications can be found at City Hall in the Lobby from the hours of 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Required Information/Documentation

To establish a new utility account, please provide the following:

• Customer's Full Name
• Service Address
• Driver's License or ID
• Documentation of Lease (rental) or Ownership (proof of purchase)

Deposit

The deposit amount varies and may be billed on the first bill for customers without outstanding balances. A $20.00 service initiation fee will also appear on the first bill.  Past due bills are subject to disconnection.
