Bone Builders

Bone Builders is a FREE strength training and health education program offered through Aging Matters in Brevard’s Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP). Participants lift weights to improve their bone and muscle strength while also working to better their balance. Certified instructors will also discuss important topics related to bone health and nutrition. Space is limited, and registration is required in advance. Contact the RSVP office at (321) 631-2749 to sign up today.

Line Dancing
Tuesdays:
- Beginners (Little or no line dance experience required.): 6 p.m. – 6:45 p.m.
- Improver (This class is for experienced dancers not quite ready to tackle intermediate dance.): 6:45 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.
- Intermediate (Experienced line dancers will have mastered a range of step patterns and movements.): 7:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.

New Level Hoops Summer Boot Camp
June 24 through June 28: 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
We will touch on the fundamentals of basketball, including proper shooting technique, ball handling and defense. We integrate life skills, including teamwork, communication and decision making. Attendees will engage in real-time scrimmages

New Level Hoops One Day Summer Boot Camp

Our one-day program incorporates learning the mechanics of basketball including proper shooting technique, passing, and understanding how to be an impactful defender.

A five-week class taught by IPTPA certified instructors Angelina and Sabrina. For individuals at the beginner level to intermediate. Attendees should bring their own paddle. Space is limited!

Yoga Fit is a class designed for beginner to intermediate fitness levels, but all levels are welcome.
