Should unusual conditions arise which would justify a pay increase not provided for elsewhere in these policies, the City Manager or Airport Executive Director is authorized to make a pay adjustment when determined necessary and in the best interest of the City. Under no circumstances will the pay adjustment exceed the maximum of the incumbent’s pay grade.
